Vacation fun at FRÄNKISCHE
Ensuring childcare during the long summer holidays is not always easy for parents. So it was all the nicer that FRÄNKISCHE once again held a holiday programme for employees' children this year. A total of almost 50 children between the ages of 5 and 12 took part. "The compatibility of family and work is very important to us. With the holiday programme, we relieve parents of the worry of childcare for at least a few days during the summer holidays. And the varied days don't let the children get bored (during the summer holidays)," says Julius Kirchner (CEO FRÄNKISCHE Group) about the win-win situation for employees and the company.
To kick off the holiday programme, the company mascot FRÄNKI visited the employees' children, who were looking forward to a week full of fun and games. The programme included a baking day, a visit to the company fire brigade, a day at the swimming pool and lots of games. As in previous years, the children were looked after by educational specialists from the Haßfurt multi-generation house. "The cooperation of FRÄNKISCHE with the multi-generation house in the care network for all generations is an important component of a family-oriented corporate culture," says Gudrun Greger, director of the MGH.
