FRÄNKISCHE Rohrwerke Gebr. Kirchner GmbH & Co. KG appreciates your use of the profi-air cockpit app and your interest in our company and our products. Protecting your data is an important concern for us, and we want you to feel safe when using the app.
In order to make you feel good about how we handle your personal data, we would like to make it transparent for you what happens with the data collected and why it is necessary to collect these data in our profi-air cockpit app.

Personal data & access rights granted
FRÄNKISCHE Rohrwerke Gebr. Kirchner GmbH & Co. KG does not collect any personal data of the respective users via the profi-air cockpit app. The system only registers the type of terminal device used by the customer and the access/use of the respective service.
App settings are only saved on your device. This is absolutely necessary for operating the profi-air cockpit app. The storage period is based on necessity, i.e. this data is completely deleted when the app is uninstalled.
The installation enables the app to retrieve Wi-Fi information, for example whether the Wi-Fi is activated and which Wi-Fi devices are connected. This is generally not required for the proper use of the app. For this reason, we undertake not to make use of these access authorisations.
In addition, the profi-air cockpit app uses at least one of the following elements: saving files on the device, such as images, videos or audio elements, as well as the device's external memory. The camera of your device is also used. This is necessary to enable the function of the app, scanning the marker, displaying AR content. We undertake to use this access authorisation only for this purpose.
Transmission to third parties
No further transmission of personal data to third parties takes place.
Ratings and reviews
Ratings (e.g. one to five stars) and reviews submitted in our apps are transmitted to our servers. During the first transmission, a random pseudonym is generated on the server for the transmitting app instance. This enables the user to subsequently change their own ratings and reviews. The pseudonym is also transmitted to the server for all future ratings and reviews, but not when retrieving content.
We generate aggregated analyses from the ratings submitted by all users, which are made available to all users of all our apps. Reviews are made available anonymously to all users of our apps. If the content of a review itself does not reveal the authorship, our servers do not disclose the authorship of ratings and reviews. In order to be able to display the user's own ratings and reviews, these are therefore also stored in the respective app on the user's terminal device.
However, we reserve the right to check ratings and reviews retrospectively and, if necessary, block or delete them if, on the basis of concrete evidence, there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use.
