Installations in cavity walls

Installation in cavity walls made of primarily flammable materials (DIN 4102).

The VDE has certain regulations and stipulates the use of a light-duty conduit for both cavity wall installations and concealed installations. The better own rigidity of medium-duty conduits has practical advantages especially for cavity wall installations.

Electrical conduits can be inserted into air-tight installation sockets, e.g., flush-mounted sockets and junction boxes in a standard-compliant manner.
