Easy control of your own home ventilation – with the profi-air cockpit app for owners
With the help of the profi-air cockpit app, owners of ventilation systems can easily control their FRÄNKISCHE devices themselves. Depending on the requirement, the user can, for instance, set the operation step, switch between weekly programmes, activate the summer bypass, holiday mode or night setback. The ventilation unit can thus be individually and conveniently controlled and monitored via a tablet. The profi-air cockpit app gives an overview of room temperature, humidity and air quality, and displays the filter status: this helps the residents to keep in mind the interval of filter replacement.
There's no need to worry, though – you cannot possibly "spoil" anything here: critical parameters set during commissioning of the ventilation unit, e.g., fan speed and frost protection strategy, cannot be changed with this app.
As soon as the profi-air 250/360 flex and profi-air 180 flat ventilation units have established a connection with a wireless router, they can be controlled via the app. The application is available for free download on the App Store and Google Play for iOS and Android devices.

While the profi-air cockpit app is a practical application for the end customer, the profi-air cockpit pro software is intended for you – the specialist. In addition to displaying and setting different functions, the computer programme facilitates putting the ventilation unit into operation by guiding you step-by-step through the process of adjustment.
Following the installation, you connect the computer with the ventilation unit by means of the USB cable, and open the software. The commissioning assistant conducts the calibration of air volumes, and displays, for instance, the selected operation mode and the accessories connected. Furthermore, the weekly programme can be set, and the history of error messages, operation states and temperatures can be retrieved if required.
Both the profi-air 250/360 flex and profi-air 180 flat ventilation units can be put into operation by means of the profi-air cockpit pro software.
